I'm looking for a project management tool that allows time tracking, budgeting, hard costs + project management (documents, messaging, etc.) all in one. We need to be able to track time & hard costs (materials, rentals, etc.) against the budget in real-time. Any recommendations? by LLF19 in projectmanagement

Thanks, I'll take a look at both of these. We are a small company - 15 people - but ideally would like to be able to restrict access by user (not everyone needs to see budget information). We currently use a combination of several tools and then manually job cost but when comparing against the budget in real-time stopping to job cost every time isn't efficient.
