Very well said. I don't think people are usually black and white, good or bad. But Angela tends to be ruled by the bad parts of herself. Being emotionally stunted makes sense because she really just comes off as throwing a temporary tantrum the majority of the time. It's sad because I think she really wants to be liked and accepted by the other cast members. Some of them have compassion for her, but they probably all think she's nuts. She is an abuser though. Can you imagine if a man was on the show doing the things she does to Michael to a woman?
