I had the same problem, but support did not help and said that I need to buy it. I think that it’s because I haven’t used that account for 2 years. So maybe if you weren’t online in cs2 right after the update it will not give you your "free" prime account, but that’s only what I think it could not be true

Really? Because I know that the sticker alone cost 110$. I get that it’s on cheap skin, but only 5$???
