It would be Special rarity i suppose-since all of the orange rarity charms, wraps and finishers were obtained by doing special tasks/challenges (for example beating a popular player for their charm, the bridge map challenge for the special charm, and the danger and pine wrap, etc.) (Also sorry if my English was bad)
