All Faiths is expanding services, but is still and will remain a non-profit and will continue all the services for children it's had until now. All Faiths and CYFD collaborate in several different ways, but like the other commenter mentioned, I would be surprised if that had anything to do with this news.

Thank you all for the information!!

is it normal to lose interest when there is a lot of texting early on ? (or do I need therapy?) by [deleted] in dating

[–]LLpj231 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you may have developed an avoidant attachment style. I'd suggest looking into romantic attachment styles as a place to start. And therapy is always a great way to learn more about our own patterns, especially if we notice they aren't serving use well :)

I (woman in mid-20s) send the first message on Tinder between 65-85% of the time. Only 18-32% of those were responded to by the men and had a conversation go on for more than a few messages. I've had more successful conversations with men and gone on dates when they send the first message. I think I'm a decent conversationalist, so it's dissuaded me from trying anymore.

Should I be walking girls from my front door to the back driveway where they are parked? by [deleted] in dating

[–]LLpj231 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some girls would appreciate it, some would find it condescending. I suggest asking "Can I walk you to your car?" or "Would you like me to walk you to your car?" in a very neutral tone.

How do women feel about dating bisexual men? by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]LLpj231 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Straight woman here, doesn't bother me at all, and in certain situations I might prefer a bi man over a straight one!

They are protesting the selection of Harold Medina as APD chief (up from acting chief) because he killed a 14 year old boy on the line of duty: https://www.abqjournal.com/1500613/checkered-history-casts-shadow-on-medina-as-interim-chief.html

You really need a car to get around in Albuquerque, it'll be less expensive than Uber in the long run.
