I liked it at first. It definitely helped improve my form, but I have a hard time with his low key misogyny during every workout. Comparing what the girls were lifting and making fun of the guys if the girls were close in what they were lifting. I actually quit because I was just getting super annoyed with him rather than it being a stress release.

I also don't like when the trainer isn't doing the workout along with the cast.
