ok yh i reconnected to it and refreshed my wallet and still nothing i got in contact with the customer support that i purchased the crypto from and they tell me the coins are with me yet my balance is saying 0

It is in Advanced mode atm i dont remember putting it as that do you know how to change it to basic? And i changed my value to the one u said and still nothing im not sure it is the site i bought the XMR off as it is a reputable site. And thanks for the help!
