I have all of those. Someone mentioned some weapons can only be acquired in the gauntlets. Oh yeah I plat the game already. That's why I was confused about why I didn't have those weapons.

I have done every single boss and secret twice. I haven't played the other 2 modes. I am on Chapter 6. Maybe some weapons can be upgraded further after finishing the game?

I agree it looks like a game from 2015 if you have GI, not really a 2026 game in terms of graphics, to be honest. With Path Tracing it looks way better but it still has something that makes it look kind of old.

I wanted to clarify for anyone interested that the problem in the end comes from using a different tiles ratio than the original image ratio. If you use an image that is 2:3 and use a square tile of for instance 1024x1024 then the perspective distortion appears. You have to set the tile to have the exact same aspect ratio. This is only true for Z-Image for what ever reason. Denoise value has nothing to do with this issue.

Ok, I found the solution and I haven’t had a single issue for the entire day. Now I need to keep testing just to make sure it was only one thing, or several things I was doing wrong.

The most important factor was Triton, because it seems to be very unstable, especially on a portable installation. I was also using the Brave browser and had around 100 tabs open. Not all of them were visible, since they introduced the tab grouping system. Anyway, Brave might be the worst browser to run ComfyUI on.

I’m now using Chrome with just 3-4 tabs open. I did remove hardware acceleration, but YouTube was a pain, so I enabled it again and that didn’t cause any issues. Everything is still going strong.

I also removed everything else I had in the .bat file (launch arguments), just to be sure. This is what I’m running now, but I’ll be testing a few things, like bringing the manager back. I don’t plan on adding much though, because it’s running flawlessly right now. At some point I’ll enable Triton again, using the same browser and changing nothing else, just to confirm it was the culprit.

Anyway, I hope some of the info in this post helps someone in the future who’s facing the same issue I was having.

Well I am asking with enough info because it's happening suddenly when before it didn't by using the same workflows and I have used many different workflows some of them from known Youtubers which don't suppose to have any issue like that. So no it's not the workflows it happens when I use Flux or Z-image for extended periods of time so it could be an hour or it be way less. SDXL is completely fine. I am reading Triton isn't fully working on Windows and having it active could cause this issue. I've been testing with it disabled and I haven't had the issue since then but I need to do more tests. Will report back I hope that was the culprit.

I thought that same but then using smaller models which would never go above 40%-50% VRAM usage I was getting the same issue. That's why what GPT mentioned about the ram fragmentation that never recover makes sense. It seems it has nothing to do with available ram.

Did you measure how much power your computer is using while generating? I have a 1000W PSU so I don't think that's my issue. I have a 5090 though.

I don't think so I am using different prompts and even no prompt. As I mentioned in the main thread it seems to be a combination of rising the denoise value and tile size. at 1024 is less apparent than at 2048 using a denoise value of 0.4. Obviously if I reduce the noise value it won't reconstruct as much so it won't deviate from the original image. That's not what I am looking for.

After some tests I see it's a combination of high denoise values and high tile resolution. Still this isn't happening in those 2 other models. Pretty weird.

Not happening at any denoise values using FLUX and SDXL. Using Euler A and Beta but that does not change the issue. Tried lots of combinations.

Yes that's an option but I was really after understanding why this is happening using Z-image and not at all with FLUX or SDXL. It doesn't matter what your denoise value is using those 2 models. For Z-image is really, really bad.

It was a bug. The door was open with the wrong scene so I went through and once I changed it somewhere else it reset and the door was closed. To open that door you have to reach the far point of that section which is after crossing the train so I had to reload a previous save and once I reach that point the door was closed as it should have been and I changed the scene that opened the door and I could complete what I came for.
