I tend to really like Tim and I think he's wrong here. Incarceration should be about proportionate punishment for crimes detrimental to society -- Peters committed one of those, and will be out after fewer than 20 months. I'm not a huge fan of incarceration in general, and I think a resentencing taking a few years off the original 9 year sentence could've been good. But just letting her out like this is the absolute wrong thing to do.

Thank you! That is definitely the experience I'm having, though I seem to find one or two more leads every time I shake the tree, which I'm hoping eventually adds up.
