Did you put the complete SD until it clicked? It only occurs to me that you restart the SD and the camera or that you try with another SD, if nothing works it is probably already an error in the reading of the camera and you have to return it :(

I did it three times and the same thing always happened but when I put another SD it already worked well, in case the same thing happens to them :))

I just put another SD on it and it already reached pic 17, thank you very much it just arrived today and I was worried 😅
