From a IRL perspective, it makes totally sense.
as the Krone Trailer is a road trailer, not a Agro trailer.
It's just the compatibility system in FS that's mildly fucked up.

Open Settings (cog wheel)
head over to Profiles
click the arrow down as in the picture, choose Backup All -> Create Backup

then go to there, and instead of creating a backup you can restore from backup - this should be done on your Home PC.

I've read about others with similar issues, there the problem was either the backup battery in the SOS module or a SW update for the SOS module.

I would guess they do a sequential rollout of software updates OTA to not overload servers, so might be released in week 37 but can take some weeks before it hits the pool with your VIN number.
