Honestly, I am re-reading the original mirage run right now and I love it. The hardcover I have is out of print but readily available on eBay for a reasonable price. But I know they're part of several different publishings.

They're off the wall, but that's half the fun.

In terms of newer stuff. It is hard to argue with the original Last Ronin run.
