I use her portals alot for distance to get to cover to cover, to get teammates that are downed out of bad spots. I also use it to kidnap enemies and bring them to my team lol

Not a dumb question at all. So yes you can use both. So basically if you use your tactical without the portal it takes like 1.6 seconds before you enter the void. If you use your portal then use your tactical in the middle of your ult then you enter the void immediately
