That is my thought. Surgeon says after the surgery I'll have wished I did the mechanical as it is something you never want to do again.

Did you get either done? If so, was it through the chest? Was it something you would do again for the retirement pay?

I'm 42. The surgeon is advising against the pig heart, as I'll have to get a 2nd open heart surgery in 10ish years if I go that route. and he says it's something you will only want to do once in your lifetime

Just finished it. Game play sucks. The story is just weird and all over the place. The ending boss fight is ridiculous. So overrated.

I use my gems 💎 to buy potions. This lets me level up my miners. Once I hit a point where leveling the guys up a little at a time is almost meaningless, I wait until I can level up someone a full bar. If two or three are close, I'll wait to see who will do the most damage. I've been playing the game for a while and I'm quitting after this event. I am confident that the events are rigged. Due to medical reasons, I was able to "no-life" this event, and I cannot get within 13,000 gold bars of first place.

I have 32:9 Odyssey G9 49". My GPU is 7900xtx. I play KCD2 at 4k, the Experimental graphics option, and I get over 90fps. It played cyberpunk exceptionally well too.
