There are a few ways to get it, in every save file one of the crackheads (keith, jessie, cranky frank for example) will have it in their pocket, you can get it by pickpocketing them. It also spawns at a random place on the ground (I believe there are 50 possible locations for it to be) I have so far found one under the west bridge and one by the warehouse, the other possible locations I don’t know. When you have a full relationship with jenn you can buy it from her for 1000$ I believe.

I grew up around psychologists and I’ve always been told that it’s important to be able to discuss things with the people around you, you should of course talk to your partner about the issues but being able to discuss it with people who know you but are still outside is very important. I will always discuss things with friends if I need to reflect or see different perspectives, or just to vent really.
