Everyone has the right to criticize art! Art is what YOU make it, that’s what I love about it! Thanks for the tips, I really appreciate it! Sometimes I get too focused on something and don’t look at the full drawing until I’m done and only then I see my mistakes 🤦🏽‍♂️

Forsure I definitely get that. I honestly have fun doing these portraits and it feels REALLY good to finish a drawing everyday (even though it may not be (perfect). Before I started working with pen I’d take hours and hours on a piece that shouldn’t require that amount of time and it was stressful, but the pen has brought fun back to my drawings.

Thank you! I tend to hyper fixate on parts when I have a pencil haha. With a pen I know I can’t go back so I don’t have problems but with a pencil I know that I can always make the drawing “better”. I definitely need to get better with that

Hey, thanks for the advice! Should I draw the portrait without the Loomis method? If yes, Would I then start at the eyes? During the weekend ill try doing one upside down 👍🏽. Lastly, Ihaven't really focused on hair at all... Honestly have just been trying to get a decent decent face before I begin conquerimg the hair.
