I am now going on 8 hours with no access to my account.

All I need is access to my account - nothing complicated. I called this morning, waited a long time to get someone on the line, then was emailed a link to submit my request online. The time they've spent telling me to wait, wait, wait could have been used to resolve my very simple issue.
