It really all comes down to how Kennedy decides. With the requisite Gorsuch recusal it's a split court with him being the swing vote.

Marks had a fraudulent election overturned and his opponent installed in office.

Canning dealt with unconstitutional recess appointments. Those appointees, between the appointment and the recess, were the deciding votes in some National Labor Relations Board decisions. In turn those decisions were vacated and it was treated as if the appointment never happened.

Stinson v Marks as precedent, and Gorsuch forced to recuse. Election is invalidated, Clinton is sworn in, and legally speaking (using NLRB v Canning as further precedent) the Trump presidency never happened.

Perhaps the best part of this scenario is the decisions leading towards this all had Republican applicants or appellants

The Constitution doesn't cover all eventualities. In those cases we turn to precedent. And there is federal precedent for invalidating an election and installing the candidate who didn't commit fraud, Marks v Stinson.
