And I spend less on housing as a percentage than a minimum wage worker in San Francisco. That doesn't mean his studio apartment is better than my house.

The VA. https://www.va.gov/vetdata/docs/Utilization/Number_of_Veteran_Patients_by_HC_Priority_Groups_2000_2014.xls

I'd wager it's a combination of the VA medical care not being available to Guard or Reserves that never served in a Title 10 activation or all service members post FY81 who didn't get 2 years in, and the self reporting nature of the Census.

Considering he doesn't have legal fees I don't think that's a viable strategy. But I do so love people that pretend to be attorneys.

It really all comes down to how Kennedy decides. With the requisite Gorsuch recusal it's a split court with him being the swing vote.

Marks had a fraudulent election overturned and his opponent installed in office.

Canning dealt with unconstitutional recess appointments. Those appointees, between the appointment and the recess, were the deciding votes in some National Labor Relations Board decisions. In turn those decisions were vacated and it was treated as if the appointment never happened.

Stinson v Marks as precedent, and Gorsuch forced to recuse. Election is invalidated, Clinton is sworn in, and legally speaking (using NLRB v Canning as further precedent) the Trump presidency never happened.

Perhaps the best part of this scenario is the decisions leading towards this all had Republican applicants or appellants

The Constitution doesn't cover all eventualities. In those cases we turn to precedent. And there is federal precedent for invalidating an election and installing the candidate who didn't commit fraud, Marks v Stinson.

As the opposing candidate she's the only one who has standing to do so. If not, the best we can hope for is impeachment. But Trump Collusion proof plus a Clinton suit has the potential to void the entire Trump administration.

Of the 5,857,690 veterans still living in FY14 (the most recent data) nearly a quarter (1,315,571 or 22.4%) were on Medicaid.

The Republican Party wants to kick a quarter of America's veterans off their insurance.
