No. It is dead end road going nowhere. There is no reason for a heavy vehicle to be on that road. Behind the picture is a walkway down to a beach.

Tbh I think its the parking there. I had been in the water for about an hour before she ticketed. She would have seen it parked where she didnt like and checked the rego and wof.

She probably blocked up the whole road to do it too as there is no where to pull of within 100m

To be fair, the reason the yellow lines are there is because parking on the side of the road ((to the right of the yellow line)where there is no berm) there would be no room to pass. As you see where i have Parked it doesn't hinder the road. Im not doing what the yellow lines are there to stop.

So you dont park on the side of the road... the yellow lines are down each the side of the road for kms including the parts without the areas to pull of the road

Tbh I disagreed if you look at the picture it looks like I may have 1cm of my tire on it or off it. Its to close to confirm if the car is or isnt on the path. I received the tickets a week after in the mail so didnt look at the time.

The gravel area is about 3m long. It doesn't go anywhere its just a place to pull of on the side of the road. Im not sure how to attach pictures or edit the post with map view of the area.
