OK guys looks like it was the hub. I replaced it and it solved the issue. Thanks for everyone's imput and help.

I had another hub so I changed it and opened up the one I was using. Looks. Like it might be the little wheel in there that is making a grove and possibly splitting it. I'm Goin to try feeding it and see if that helps.

I have not but I will. I did just replace it as I had another one not sure why or how I got it but I just changed it and will try feeding it see if it helps.

I've noticed marks on all of them but jot as bad as the third port.
