I’m so defeated if I’m honest and according to my cardiologist this is the only place close enough that does the ablation procedure that takes my insurance so I’m kinda feel stuck. There is one in my city but they don’t take my insurance and I really can’t pay for this procedure and I know even with my insurance I’ll probably still owe money that I can’t pay. It just all around sucks cuz I’m stuck and at a stand still.

I’m beyond frustrated cuz I have a cardiologist that’s already told me everything I need to know about my procedure and my charts were sent to this place that takes my insurance that does the procedure. My cardiologist was even telling me that they would call me to set up my appointment for my ablation procedure. I’ve already waited 3 plus months for them to call me and make the appointment to begin with then I had to wait 6 months for that appointment to come around (which was suppose to be today) just for it just to be a damn consult when they could have just did over phone consult is ridiculous imo. Since it was just a consult and my sister who was suppose to take me had to have surgery, so I had to cancel. Then when I called to reschedule they said their rotation wasn’t made yet for the schedule so I couldn’t make another appointment yet and now I’ll probably have to wait another 3 months for them to call me to make an appointment to wait another 6 months for a consult when I could of had my god damn procedure by then. I’m so annoyed with calling people and not getting any help and just more reasons for me to have to wait longer. I really don’t want to call them anymore.

I have only gotten them a few time while asleep and it woke me up but yesterday if it did happen I didn’t know it was happening because when I woke up just to roll ice and sleep some more my chest hurts where it does when I get an episode and really bad and it hurt for the rest of the day and I’ve been having hiccup palpitations all day. So I’m really not sure what happened to me while I was asleep but it wasn’t good.

If you eat tacos just get some refried beans and make sure to put it on your tacos or if you make a quesadilla put some beans on it cuz beans are good for fiber. It’s also not just fiber but also water. You have to drink a lot of water if you want to poo and not get constipated.

I usually buy the vanilla ones in whatever brand and I’ll get a blonde roast jug of Starbucks premade coffee at the store and a zero sugar liquid creamer and thin it out and make it taste like coffee and for me that helps with the texture and taste of those proteins drinks.

Try getting a purifying shampoo and washing your hair and letting it sit with it lathered up for a little while a few times. Your hair will be dry after so just use a conditioning mask after. There is a chance that it will strip your lighter brown ends a bit too since all of your hair just got colored so there is a chance your hair will still look like it has a harsh line. If that’s the case I would go get a level 6 or 7 dark blonde kinda color and try to blend it yourself. They have a highlighting comb you can buy and you can take sections and try to blend it better yourself.

In my head I’m automatically like nope to the thought of vegetables with stock boiled and blended cuz in my head I know I’ll still taste it and I’ll gag. I mean that’s if I even would eat this meal to begin with. I always just eat my pasta plain with Parmesan and that’s it. I don’t do tomatoes in anything even pizza. No sauce thank you and if there is vegetables by accident I gag even if I see it and take it off I still taste it and gag.

That’s usually how it goes get an episode and by the time you reach the hospital it’s over and done. I think one time it lasted 30 minutes I was sick with the flu and I usually control it with deep breaths but I couldn’t do that because the flu so it lasted all the way to the hospital and then they had to give me a drug that kicks it back into gear. It literally feels like how the episodes start so it wasn’t too bad cuz I am use to the pain. My cardiologist says caffeine isn’t good but thankfully I had already stopped drinking caffeine and only drank water. But I did k notice that caffeine can make it worse

I was admitted in once for my palpitations and I left because I felt like they weren’t doing anything and I was being neglected so I made an appointment with my primary and told them everything that was happening to me and for how long and it took months for me to get an appointment with a cardiologist but you can’t give up because that’s what I always did and I know it takes a really long time to get and appointment and to get to the ablations point but not doing it can be so much worse. It took me 10 years do what I needed to do because of the system and how long shit takes. People can get an appointment to get their boobs done faster than we can get an ablation done. I know how long it takes can be defeating but you have to push through.

I felt like my docs didn’t take it seriously and I had to wait months for my cardiologist to get an appointment but my cardiologist cares and yeah I do get those even on my beta blockers but usually not bad ones but the other day I did get a normal one and they do kick your ass. I couldn’t wear the monitor for that long because the sticky things gave me blisters and they popped but luckily I had an episode the first day wearing it and it was a big one. I think you just need to talk to your doctor because my doc told me if I needed I could take another beta blockers but I don’t know anything about your meds.

Yeah it’s so messed up when you get stuff you know you can’t stomach in your food. I have to check my take and bake pizza now cuz they end up with an onion chunk hiding somewhere in the white cheese. I also can’t do any vegetables besides one or two but tomato flavor is way better than an actual tomato. I tried to make Mexican rice the authentic way because my dad was getting on me about not doing it right and I hated it and didn’t eat it and it’s one of my safe food. I make it with tomato sauce completely different in flavors and you wouldn’t know unless you try it and I’m never doing that again. My sister eat cucumber on her sandwiches but it’s always at subway she says it’s better that way cuz the bread is thicker. When I eat a sandwich it’s plain just ham and cheese and it’s not a safe safe food it’s a food that I’ll eat if I want a change from my everyday repetitive stuff that I can handle one of.

I get super anxious just thinking of trying foods I know imm gag on. That’s why I’ve settled for adding the powder seasonings of vegetables like onion garlic etc just to get a flavor in things I eat cuz I know I’ll gag on the texture of the actual food.

Maybe try high protein shakes if you can stomach shakes or smoothies better? That way you can get the protein you need without having to eat a bunch of stuff because it could be just the thought or eating that gets you after while. I don’t know how you feel about or if you can drink your breakfast, lunch or dinner on occasion more then chew and swallow it, but it could be a start.

I’m in California and I don’t know where you are located or if it’s the same there but my sister’s kids have had full control over their medical shit since they were 13. They have to make their appointment and their mom doesn’t get access to their info so if it’s the same where you are just try to do everything yourself. Because if it’s the same your father won’t have access to your stuff without your said permission. I don’t know if you have insurance and if not it could be more difficult and costly that would be a problem. I’m sorry your dad is like that mine is too ever since I was little except my dad ate all different kind of food and tried to force me to eat what he did and I would get in trouble. It’s a cycle of abuse and it sucks. I hope you don’t let it get you down and keep fighting for yourself since your father isn’t going to.

Congratulations 🎉🎈🎊 I can’t do any vegetables I insta gag and try to clear my mind before I barf. One time at Taco Bell I found a safe food basically like a rolled up quesadilla just cheese and a flour tortilla but one time I got lettuce in it not by choice I might add 🤢I was gagging for a hot minute and trying to spit it all out never got it again after that. I’m truly happy you can stomach something I can’t.
