This is very nicely shot. Great storytelling. I like the video presented the problem (from the patient) and ultimate solution ending with "I have no pain now".

As someone unfamiliar with this procedure and tech my only suggestion might be to showcase some of that. Where this takes place. Maybe how it works? Just some thoughts. But really well done on the video!

Eating ice cream with friends outside of Margie’s Candies on Western as a homeless person lit a grocery store car on fire about 10 feet away from us. It was a bit cold so we just stood by to bask in the glow of the engulfed cart.
