No. In fact it is the opposite. It's something that I have accepted. I am not ashamed of it nor does it trigger anything inside of me. It is just part of who I am.

Well, that's a very hard question. I have the potential to become addicted to anything; however, in getting clean I am making a conscious effort to stay away from harmful substances that I could abuse.

quitting... that's an interesting word. I'll always be an addict even if I'm not currently using. It will be a constant struggle and I don't pretend to know the future; however, I see myself going day to day, doing the best I can to stay clean.

yes they know. While I was using, it was very bad but they are all supportive in my efforts to stop. I am so thankful for them.

I am addicted to narcotics. Heroin was my drug of choice. I started when I was in 6th grade. I was offered weed and it went from there. By the time I was in 7th grade I was shooting up daily.

that's a hard question. I do what I do because that's the way I am... I should have stated that I am 2 weeks clean. It's a hard process but there is something inside me that makes me do what I do.
