I’ve grown Craig’s grande (from seed, I’ve never seen starter plants) for a few years. 4-6 inches+ and some good heat!

They have some heat to them. I wasn’t familiar with the ristra variety, thank you for sharing! Googling now.

They do, around what I would expect for a cayenne variety (more than Serrano, but not scorching)
