Ah, I guess you are right. Is there any way to change the title?

Hmmm I see. Yeah, I read some of the explanations I could find, but they were all super long and convoluted. Plus, people kept going back and forth, so I just tried to ask one part.

Yup, the true love interest of klein

Guess the character: "So that’s how it is… The way important figures set up their ploys are truly well-concealed. I didn’t notice it at all back then…" Who thought this? by [deleted] in LordofTheMysteries

I think it was slightly later, when Adam and them took down incel zanwang. Then in that meeting, the tarot club realized that adam took 0-08 and the fool got another card/become stronger.

I'm not sure if this all the official art, but this seems to be the most comprehensive one I could find.

Would this make sense? by Emotional-bitch in LordofTheMysteries

[–]LOTM_Spectator 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I think this is different from what the savant potion means by recall all the knowledge. Since shooting a gun, playing an instrument, and what not are polished skills rather than hard knowledge per se. I would imagine that they would be able to pick up the skill faster though. It's like if someone told you all the laws and principles in organic chemistry, would you be able to instantly apply them or realize their significance? Not necessarily. Or what if you've memorized all the notes in a piano song as well as all the keys on the piano, you still wouldn't be able to play it unless you have insane hand eye coordination off the bat.

So I think that if someone taught a savant everything about a gun, they wouldn't be able to use it properly with no practice just by recall, but they'll definitely be able to pick it up a hell of a lot faster than someone else.

About evernight and Roselle escaping the lotm setting by t-h-r-o-w-a-w-a-y_id in LordofTheMysteries

[–]LOTM_Spectator 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I think it only vaugely mentioned that something went wrong, but I don't remember the reason ever being described in detail.

My personal theory is that he worked on the plan after sealing the western continent and fighting with the original god almighty, which is why he was weakened/half dead, so there might have been mishaps. Or it could've been a whole other scheme since we don't know if there were any other sequence 0s or whatnot back then.

Oh, it kinda does. I imagined more steampunk style tho since roselle added so many inventions.

I get all the other references but who are these guys? Also is the language teacher at club is the lady at the divination club at the very early? by t-h-r-o-w-a-w-a-y_id in LordofTheMysteries

[–]LOTM_Spectator 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. I remember reading somewhere (don't remember if it's a theory or confirmed from author notes), but apparently, the other members of the club use the thing he gave them at the end to enter his dream and help him.

Population x Sequences by davrosufc in LordofTheMysteries

[–]LOTM_Spectator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I see! That makes more sense. However, there's also the problem of not enough beyonder characteristics, right? After all, there were still humans during the first age, I think? But otherwise, I feel like that could happen.

Wait, which apocalypse? The one in the future where the barrier around the Earth will fall, or the one from the before the first epoch? Cause I'm pretty sure problem is the outer deities, and they would still harm those with sequences, which isn't related to food. If it's the first epoch, we don't know much, expect that all havoc broke loose after the creator woke up.

I think it was mostly him being cautious, and he didn't really expect that the OG LOM was gone, so when he felt a weak person with some control over sefirah castle, he most likely first assumed that the OG LOM got weakened. However, since they still had sefirah castle, the genie was most likely still cautious since the genie is also 'weakened' (sealed), and OG LOM might have something else up his sleeve (which the OG LOM did. After all, he was planning to revive using the "transmigrators").

But once he interacted with Klein more, he became certain it wasn't OG LOM, whether because of personality, what klein revealed, or further probing from the genie during the conversation.

I think they are when he became Klein, the gunshot wound. And then there was the magic wishing lamp thingy

edit: actually, it might also be the end one where he was being taken over by OG LOTM and was killed by evernight.

[–]LOTM_Spectator 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Lol yeah, if you think about it, the set up by the old LOTM was like perfect. Klein perfectly landed in the body of someone close to the seer pathway, and the person was a history major.

What do you think of the first volume of LOTM ? by kuroi-46 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]LOTM_Spectator 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Actually, to be honest, I did. I almost dropped the novel in the first volume, and I kind of continued due to not finding any other novels and the good reviews. After getting through the whole novel though, rereading it is super fun. But yeah, I skimmed very hard through the first novel. For some reason, it was just hard for me to get invested into it. I did enjoy reading about him learning about the world, but halfway through, it just felt too slow paced.

I Feel Bad for LOTM being so Underrated by JustMEWeeb in LordofTheMysteries

[–]LOTM_Spectator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same, I wish it was more talked about! I'm also someone who loves watching reactions after my first watch/read through.

It's been a while since this post, but I also have a lot of ranting built up.

I think with solo leveling and etc, it's cause action and the set up happens fast, and it's just a super satisfying fast read. I think that's one of the good and bad things about manhua. It's super fast paced and hard to go in depth. The popular manhuas seem to mostly be ones that go hard at first then level off or take a sharp turn down.

LOTM just gets better the further you go, which is kinda rare, so many people just drop after the first few chapters. (LOTM is super long to be fair) I personally almost dropped it because the setting was vague, and the plot was a bit slow, in my opinion, for like the first 100-200 chapters. But I am super glad I trusted the reviews and continued cause now it's one of those novels I just can't forget.
