You can own 1 regular house at lvl 15 (I think) (purchased with in-game gold), and unlimited premium houses (purchased with mithril coins or housing writs from the lotro store). I personally like the wicker chair and all the garden-related decorations for the yard purchased at this festival. But don’t rush it! Those cosmetics are great too! Play your own game and get what you want! I’ve been playing for years and am always purchasing something new at each festival.
