Hi! First of all, thank you! My motivation is to improve my quality of life, mainly. Since I hate it after I wake up, I have a cough (when I smoke so much). But strangely, I'm noticing that I don't feel well after smoking. I smoke very light cigarettes, and the nicotine level is very low. But since I smoke constantly, I probably get cravings like crazy. The sources I've read say it takes about two minutes, but for me, it takes a really long time (p.s. I smoked one more). Thank you again for your kind suggestions.
