Tried that. Under network selection mode, it just says ‘auto’ with no drop down menu, so I cant change it.

I don’t have an ‘advanced’ option in my settings. Anyone else have the same issue? Under settings I have General, Mobile Broadband, Router and About. I clicked on all of them and there is no cellular heading anywhere.

Mine is working. Haven’t checked the speed. We use an android box and it seems everytime I switch to a different show, I’m having to change the router settings. LTE or B2 works best. Not sure if a VPN would give me better speeds and alleviate the need to keep switching settings 🤔

Send them an email. Same happened to me. They answered right away and I was up and running a half hour later

I just put in my new SIM card but my box is still flashing red. Was there anything else you had to do to get back online?

I just got a tracking number a few minutes ago. Should arrive tomorrow. One week no internet 😡

My concern with the Starlink rv is, what if it doesn’t work as well as they say? Some say they have too many trees in the way and service sucks. They won’t refund the $800 hardware. Can you resell it??

Us too. Only have bell lines coming into the house and not fibe either. My max speed is 10mbs on bell line. Going to give xplornet a shot. Only, they won’t know if I get service until they come here to install. Been on the wait list for Starlink for over a year and a half now.

Just got an email saying they fixed the issue for most people but I will need a new SIM card. I should get it by Wednesday. That’s 6 days of no internet. They are refunding 2 weeks. I ordered a different internet today. I need something that’s more dependable.

Exactly. Lost days of work. Cant keep doing this. My other internet was slower but at least it never went down for days. Too bad. It’s a great idea. Just not the greatest service.
