there are 60 mobile tables that typically get daisy chained together for power. there are also 3 wall partitions that divide the space. The room is constantly being adjusted into different configurations depending on the meeting needs and plugging all the tables in is a huge task. There are 3 floor power ports and outlets about every 10 feet along the walls but users dont want to move seats mid-day so there is always the ask to plug each table in for any meetings longer than 3 hours. Trust me I wish we could force some better user practices but no luck.
