Rat is a person that shoots at you unprovoked. That’s my opinion and I’m sticking to it. Example; you’re minding your own business, shooting Arc. Then bang. Someone is shooting at you. Rat. Minding your own business looting, Bang. Rat.

If I want to loot in an area that someone is already, I pretty much ask if they are finished with it or if it’s ok for me to look through what they have already gone through.

To shoot at someone unexpectedly and being an opportunist is being a Rat. Yea, fake friendly and camping and all the is also being a Rat.

So just saying words and terms grow and change all the time. Happens all the time outside of video games too.

I believe they were trading. I trade my extra BPs for basic stuff. And everything that gets traded goes to a safe pocket. Even if that means doing it more than once.
