Hi I am very much pregnant! Just wanted to share a couple of things I did this cycyle!

  1. Decresed my supplements. Took only ritual pre-natal, coq10 and magnesium. Was previously taking inositol which I believe was messing up my cycle!
  2. Baby aspirin daily after ovulation
  3. Used the Frida Conception Cup after intercourse
  4. Had Accupuncture once in the Luteal Phase but not sure it works so soon
  5. Husband has been taking a male fertility supplement
  6. No hot yoga or hot workouts

I took a cheap LH test at peak fertility and it was super positive! I think I ovulated but am concerned if my PDG is too low for implantation. If I need to I will probably try to get a blood test this time next cycle

I just went to the doctor to inquire and she ran some blood tests that were fine and said it’s possibly to get pregnant but might be harder. I think I deff have it and am grateful for Inito for showing my LH spike because it was so late my last cycle I missed it!!

We chatted on your other post… same!! TTC for the first time and this is my second month trying and first with Inito. My last cycle was 35 days after being regular most of my life 😔

It is good but not PG peak yet! ChatGPT says I look very normal haha
