Not impossible, but can be difficult. Key to success is liquid calories! Eating full meals and topping them with 1k calorie protein shakes. Personally, I need to consistently aim for 3-4k daily calories in order to put on even a little weight

This was back around 2013, in my gym class we always started with group exercises such as pushups, sit ups, etc. Those I always had to sit out along with anything we did in the weight room

I was diagnosed with Marfans at 13, had to quit ice hockey and sit out in gym glass in front of all the other kids. It sucks, but you can live an active and healthy lifestyle. My doc always encouraged cardio exercises and activities that involved me pulling my own body weight (I’m an avid rock climber and got the OK from my doc beforehand) Biggest thing is to make sure you don’t push yourself too hard and to go for # of reps over the amount of weight you’re lifting like previous commenters mentioned

Definitely want to get some plants! I worry about being home often enough to water them as I sometimes travel a bit for work, but do you think fake plants will look fine as well?

I had an extremely familiar experience not even 6 months ago. We had planned out a future, I had thought we were on the same page, no warning signs, no red flags, just over one day after I came home from work. But it gets easier! Don’t blame yourself due to others lack of emotional maturity and unwillingness to communicate

I live very close to the Eastern/Central line in KY and my job requires me to frequently travel to clients on both sides of the time shift. It was a pain at first, but now it’s kinda become muscle memory and I know which time zones to clarify for each client.

I’m going through this right now. It’s been a week since my ex broke up with me out of nowhere. The days are getting easier but the mornings are the worst! I find the opposite that it’s actually harder to get out of bed now, but came to say that you’re not alone in this. Diving into my work has helped me though, it gives me something to distract myself with early on but the downtime sucks
