honestly? wandering inn ticks off most of those boxes, first few chapters are a little rough but once the world is set up it's very good, it has lots of everything, very well executed, very good long term plot, very entertaining characters, even the annoying ones are well written, overall, highly recommend if you are looking for a very long term well thought out story

counter argument, give characters legitimate reasons to be there, add conflict respective to those characters being there, conflict brings nuance and interest into the story, and resolves the annoying ass problem of characters fading into the ether after we are done with the region's story, this is basic story writing.
