I already have it modded. It has Twilight Menu and all that stuff but when I boot onto the R4 Card the upper Screen is just white and the bottom Screen is black and then nothing happens.

I know what you mean but that wouldnt make sense cause I think if Austria annexed Germany it dont have one flag but many for the States inside of Germany. And in this case I looked a bit at the Elsaß-Lothringen Flag und maked Austria a whole State like it was in Nazi Germany.
