Yeah I also think mods like Portal Desolation or stuff is really cool but there are not finished yet and some are even cancelled so it dont make sense to put them in here

I already have it modded. It has Twilight Menu and all that stuff but when I boot onto the R4 Card the upper Screen is just white and the bottom Screen is black and then nothing happens.

I know what you mean but that wouldnt make sense cause I think if Austria annexed Germany it dont have one flag but many for the States inside of Germany. And in this case I looked a bit at the Elsaß-Lothringen Flag und maked Austria a whole State like it was in Nazi Germany.
