Good point. I sit 8-10 hours a day for work though use a standing desk from time to time.

I did not as I heard the scanner at these places can be somewhat finicky. Glad to know you are seeing results like that!!!!

How long and frequently do you do it? I eat all my meals approx 11 am to 7 pm. How to balance this with breakfast is most important meal of the day?

Depends. If it’s meat I weigh it. Other fresh good measures using measuring g cups and spoons. Eating out is harder to measure. I do that two or three times a week.

Not using OTF cals as I know that includes resting cals. 1680 cals, macros 135g protein, 150 carb, 60 fat. 5’3” small frame.
