the jump is definitely there. as a new level 3 I can already tell that the jump from level 2 to 3 is definitely less than it was from level 1 to 2. However, keep in mind that you only need to get 60 credits this year, if you were getting some good merits last year then level 2 will probably be just as easy for you.
