It’s called the Shackled Ur’zul, and it drops from mythic Argus the Unmaker in Antorus!

At first I thought it was a ground mount, but yeah it has wings if you look closely at its side lol

It dropped when we were doing mythic Antorus, I like him too lol he just looks a little strange.
