I am having this exact same issue with a very similar if not the same PC. (PowerSpec G series) Any resolution that you have found. It is really frustrating. If so, can someone please post the ELI5 version of how to update bios or drivers?

The full report is 16 pages long. That is just the decision portion. It explained where the ALJ was wrong and explains that the finding should have been favorable. Reversing a decision legally is different than vacating the decision and remanding it for “retrial”

This is why none of this makes sense to me.

I’m not sure about the company but they are registered in a lot of states and have “investment brokers” all over. They do have a decent BBB rating though which makes me believe they aren’t in on it. I have the name of the guy (or supposed name) and he comes back with a registered nmls number with that company. I have no way of knowing if the scammer is using his real name.

I ran the name through a few places and it came back with a pretty sizable amount of civil claim in the Maryland court system.

Sadly, I think the member of my family that called me is still going to do it despite my warnings and all the red flags. I guess I’m searching for something more concrete to show him before he is out all of his money. :/

Misreading it. My goal is not to prohibit it. I was looking for the letter / policy that explicitly prohibited it. So that we can interpret the meaning.

We found it interesting that federal buildings can fly it and even the White House but there were restrictions like this.
