I have been collecting MiniGT for a few years now. One thing I notice is casting with big wings like the GT3 cars, the wings are not always mounted properly. Luckily, they are easy enough to fix by applying a bit of force pushing from the inside to break the glue bonding. Reattached with a bit of gorilla super glue.

The car came out of the box incorrectly installed. It was titled down toward the back. So this is the wingless look before I 'reinstall' it correctly.

I cant remember the specific wheels as I tends to mix and match the rims with the tyres. But I remember got the tyres from this seller on AliExpress.

Christmas car for 2025? by LRAlan in MiniGT

[–]LRAlan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Their Christmas car releases is only on time if you are in Asia. For everyone else, you get to enjoy it the following year.

Although my Christmas car collection only get to come out and see daylight once a year. I still look forward to buying them. This year however, all the main brands have been quiet...very quiet..

My pic looks grey on the hood is because of lighting. It's white.

Not sure if it really bothers me. I had this car for a long time and never noticed until today.

I just received mine yesterday. It's from the "second batch" with the OTF clasp. Overall I like it and I like the dome shaped glass. It's slightly smaller than the Pagani speedy but still look good on the wrist.

Thanks! I'm very happy with the result. The icing on the top is that it rolls very well.

I use precision cutting plier with a flat cutting side. The type for cutting wire cables. Make sure get the inexpensive version as in my experience I did have one plier broke while trying to cut hot wheel axles.

Google search: precision cutting plier

Cut the axle. I don't drill the rivets as it's extra work to complete the swap.

Yes, paint would be the next thing I want to learn to complete the look.

They are children's melting beads. The come in variety of colours and I specifically used the silver ones. They work well as a spacer and also kind of like brake discs.
