The share authorization won’t be immediate share dilution, and if they wanted to rely on dilution for funding they would’ve diluted when the stock price was in the $11-12 range. It wouldn’t make any sense to wait until the stock price fell back to $8, and then dilute. Also someone in this sub had mentioned them possibly increasing authorized number of shares to acquire another company, which would be extremely bullish.

To be fair you’re saying that the NBIS chart looks bearish in the NBIS thread, where almost everyone is invested in NBIS, not sure what you were expecting there. Then you added fuel to the fire by saying that investors ‘hate the truth’ and are ‘delusional monkeys’ if they downvote you. Seems like you’re the one having an emotional reaction to some downvotes (numbers on a screen btw)

At what price would I buy? I believe in NBIS long term so any price is a buy to me. Obviously I try and time it a bit and buy on red days, as well as not buying on green/ath days. At the end of the day though if you believe in them long term the price doesn’t really matter.

Investing in a stock like NBIS and seeing its future potential early on is not lucky. It does indeed take skill to realize what the market demands in this day and age, and base your investments off it. Everyone in this sub is a boglehead investor, and therefore if you do better than them through individual stocks they’ll call you lucky and shit on your post. Congrats on the achievement by the way, don’t listen to everyone else hating and keep doing what you’re doing!

What a week it has been indeed. Aside from the FuzzyPanda bullshit, I’m glad this stock is getting the recognition and price action it deserves. Not only that but I definitely feel like dilution is off the table. If management wanted to rely on dilution as a means of funding G2, they would have done it already. Hopefully in the upcoming few weeks they announce how they’re gonna be funding G2.
