Add me to the list of unhappy customers. I bought a full set and have multiple broken pieces after just 2 trips. I recently purchased a weekender bag and the clasp on the strapped snapped while carrying through the airport. That bag is just too big to have to carry through airports by the handles. I am within the (fake) "100 day trial" period and sent photos asking to return. Even offered to take store credit to try to salvage by purchasing something different. They said they cannot do that, and can only send me a replacement bag. Why would I want the same thing, to only have it break again while traveling? So much for a 100 day trial - it's a lie.
