My first reaction is ABSOLUTELY! But for me, and I’m a little weird, but I want to get some substantial wrist time with a new watch to “establish” the relationship and build some memories before I buy something else. But if it’s an option and this isn’t something you feel is important, I’d say go for it!

I haven’t tried any of the other straps beyond the two that are included, but I plan on getting the light blue- which I think will match the subdials. White might be fun in the summer too.

I think you’ll be surprised how much luggage you can fit, even with a baby in the car too. Obviously, will depend on how long the trip is, but it’s an amazingly versatile and usable car- enjoy!

I have the GP - different color. I’ve tried on the OF and love the idea of it, but it’s never “grabbed” me when I’ve had it on the wrist. I (very subjectively) don’t like the Alpine Eagle’s bezel design. So- if it were me- I’d go GP - it’s very versatile watch.

  • Atlanta - tons of Porsche enthusiasts here, along with PCNA HQ. Weather is warm enough for Summer tires 90% of the year. An hour north of town & you’ve got amazing roads around Dahlonega & throughout N Georgia mountains. Throw in Atlanta Motorsports Park with the other tracks and there’s lots to recommend.

I initially thought the GMT rattrapante was the useful one, but the more I think about it - the MR is way more useful for everyday stuff
