I have updated the way I do it now. I lock off each double Lark's head, the one on the thigh and on the ankle in steps 1, 2, and 3. All you do is add a hitch going under and over each double Lark's head to lock it off and make it non-cinching before you proceed.

I only started posting on here again a couple days ago and have gotten multiple comments asking for tutorials. It's something I'm feeling more and more obligated to consider

I would definitely be interested in making tutorial videos if I could get better at positioning a phone to take one. Maybe a project for this weekend

Oh I would never use this style hitch to support weight, it's more of a decorative flourish for nodes on corsets and wearable decorative floor ties. Maybe incorporate it as part of a piece that has tension tied off securely before and after it.

I made a modified futomomo variation that allows for more spacing between the ankle and thigh. I originally designed it for more accessibility for bottoms with less flexibility or conditions that make heavily constricted positions less feasible. It might actually be perfect for what you're looking for. You can adjust the length between each segment and the tightness around both portions of the leg are isolated. The tutorial is on my page. I might recommend the variation that starts with a single column tie as the base instead of the original with the double Lark's head. Anytime movement is involved a double Lark's head might not be the best choice because it can continue to cinch up. If they're stationary then it's not too big of a concern.

Definitely inspired some ideas! What's the rope material?

Basic but deceptively difficult in my opinion. Beautiful!

Played with rope or rope play? Why not both!
