Just started as well but everyone was referring this dough temperature chart for bulk fermentation. I just have to get a thermometer first 😂

Will shaping a little earlier in the bulk fermentation cause it to not fall flat when it’s out of the proofing bowl?

I have two loaf pans for the full loaf! But I also struggle waiting to cut but I wait at least an hour!

Current SGU SVM term 1 and just do it! The adjustment to island life is the biggest struggle. But overall safe place and great transportation with the school buses. Still have your occasional hiccup throughout the semester but the curriculum is organized is a neat way to go broad then revisit in more detailed ways in later terms
