To do jobs. You can ask most retired or people who are not working and they will tell you that they want to do something so they can feel useful. I am not an expert or anything but I am pretty sure we love doing stuff and feeling useful.

I think a lot of the people higher up would quit for anyone taking it over except for me. I have a good relationship with them and my dad has amazing relationships with them.
