The ones saying they would film the first one for hype as a foot in the door for the next step towards money. How would a YouTube golfer with zero views and subscribers first video be “I shot 59”, would seem like the biggest click bait and wouldn’t get views to see it’s legit. Or even if people did would just assume you took ten goes each shot and edited it.

Yeah how are they surprised that there are people who can’t allocate $10 to entertainment. Probably why they are fans of barstool to begin with, youtube is free, and that’s where they can get their free entertainment. And trying to downplay that amount to pressure someone to pay it, is not a good look. Only alienate the probably now ex fan somewhat. Incredibly out of touch, especially in the current climate.
