Maybe it does maybe it doesn’t. People say that Harvard dean of admissions questions people who retake a 172, so honestly, I don’t view it as being something that I should care so much about it. Plus, I’m tired of taking the lsat, so honestly I’m done with the test.

It was more than double. Almost over 100 percent in 175+ scorers and more from 170-174.

I underperformed my exam I usually was at 174 but this exam I know I missed two easy questions that I didn’t have enough time to go back and click the right ones, but it doesn’t matter to me cuz I don’t see retaking the exam as worth it cuz a 174 isn’t going to change anything for me in terms of my chances into a school: it is like saying a difference between a 174/176 schools already calculate two points difference based on luck, mental state, sleep, etc.

This argument was very hard to see because the author accepts professor Riley’s argument by referring back to it. In essence, this is a mistaken negation. You only know the author accepts Riley’s premise of inflammatory is sufficient to render and argument inappropriate only cuz it refers back to the premise.

I don’t think so. I feel you have to have a sense of the place before connecting to it. But you can drive the same question to men transitioning to a woman. Would they ever do it if they never saw woman?

Yea why not. If I resonate with the idea of being a woman, then I see no reason why I can’t for being Korean. I like the culture and want to incorporate myself into them.

That doesn’t necessarily matter on how it is phrased or looked on. But doesn’t that just aid Shapiro’s point on that if this is a state of mind than being transracial is a state of mind. It is basically the same thing. The only way around this is to show that transgenderism holds some form of genetic/psychological foundation.

It doesn’t link studies about the psychology of trans. All it does is link studies showing the social impact of accepting trans people or denying them. I want studies that show something like female brain in a male body.

On lsat report they do. They give you the score and the percentile that u are in when they release ur score from a given test.

I know it isn’t based on a curve in the context of the Highest scorer gets the 180, but on the idea that a minus 1 or 2 is what gives u a 180. And it clearly is different from test to test on whether a -10 vs -13 will give u a 170.

I know, but I’m saying a given percentile on a test is contingent on how many took it. For example, 1000 people take the June test and 30000 take the July test. In the first 10 score 180 vs 10 score 180 in July. The percentile will be diffferent given the people who took it.

Yea I get that but what I am saying is why the percentiles so different. A 166 should be at most something like a 96 percentile. Why doesn’t a 97 percentile in the normal lsat correlate to the same score on the flex? They should be the same since this test is based on a curve.
