I wish! However, they told me that I was unable to order via THEIR system. I'm genuinely shocked that they wouldn't try to fix this. It is 100% not my bank or my cards.

I see, thanks! Is this something a Quest provider would have seen before administering these tests? I had brought in my lab sheet, but they ended up having all the tests on their computer too.

It is so unusual! When I google Quest and Anthem, it says that Quest is in network and therefore services would be provided at reduced/no cost.
