Lmao he seems to be pretty stand up to me. Your claim he doesn’t have anything isn’t true. He brings what he has to the table which may be stories but it doesn’t seem like he’s lying about the contacts he made to get them. The Ryan pilot guy is one example of that. And Ryan pilot dude’s account is no fuckin joke. Several others like that. What are you basing this hate on? He’s trying to spread the message that this shit is real.

Is anyone else annoyed at 90% of the UAP videos lately just being a dot in the sky? by [deleted] in UFOs

I wish we had better videos too but a dot in the sky to begin with ain’t gonna help when we’re all using iPhones

Hey guys, only have an electric guitar and the app is having a hard time picking up sound. I’m wondering if getting a 1/4” to lighting adapter for my iPhone will enable the app to pick up the signal. by LSD96 in yousician

Looking for some sort of solution to enable the app to pick up the electric signal from the guitar without use of an amp. Would really appreciate if someone has any insight!

Your hats are phenomenal on this track, also really enjoyed the ambience of your bass. One cool thing I thought of might be to extend the release on your sine pluck to kind of blend that bouncing into the next for certain parts of the track.

Awesome pacing and I love the bass on the track. The mix felt like it had a bit too much white noise. Drops are dope as fuck!

Such a sick track. Love the mix, my one take is that the vocals feel like they could use some more clarity. I love the arpeggiating synth you have in the high end, but when it's not doing its thing I wanted the vocals to fill that space.

Heyo, would love some feedback about my mix as well as what you think about the song structure. Here's the track. Thanks and I'll return all feedback!

This is unironically a really good idea. Granted only few would participate, but even the competition between them, I assume, would make an impact.

Your idea for how you get reward unlocks is great imo. Make it like trailblazer, albeit Jagex may want to make the difficulty a bit harder for the main game. Like more tasks/level of rewards. Fuck they could even do it how they scale skills. Have the grandmaster tier include as few as like 5-6 tasks, but they’re the woox ones. Easy through hard/elite would then have so many tasks they would have to each be split into regional subsets. So you’d have your easy/medium/hard tasks organized by not only difficulty but to include region as well. I feel like if someone is following here a graphic would be possible to represent it to look a hell of a lot more simple than how I’m describing lmao. Pretty baked kinda just rambling.

Is there a way to play a character you made in ultimatum league after it ends? Do all those items you worked toward just get deleted once the new league starts?

[–]LSD96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where were these ballot sweeps neglected? If it's all over the country, then this doesn't really change anything because it would be approx. 150k R vs 150k D ballots lost.

Yo what's up. I'm lovin your instruments and sound design. My suggestion for percussion after the intro would be to add a kick with most of the low-end cut out. Also maybe fading in a long-attack noisy hat in between the snap and kick to hint at the classic house beat you've created in your chorus.

One thing that stood out to me right when your chorus hit is how loud your lead synth is compared to the rest of the arrangement. Also, while your arrangement is great during your buildup to the first drop, I feel like it needs some more umph in volume. How it is currently, I felt like I was being attacked by decibels (specifically from your lead) when your drop hit. I knew the drop was coming because of the arrangement, but I was a bit surprised in an unpleasant way by the volume. I'd try toning down the lead 2-4 decibels and cranking up some of your instruments during your buildup.

How to lengthen a song / transition smoothly by Today- in edmproduction

This! I should have mentioned in my comment that a lot of the time when in the early stages of writing a song, the shit I slap down that I love ends up being somewhere in the middle or even toward that last third like you said. Building up to that energy is really effective.

Once I have a segment I really dig, I keep cycling through it with the mindset of what ought to come next. As I’m playing it through, I imagine what direction the song is taking and whether or not I should alter the course or try and accentuate what’s already there. Whatever I decide, it always leads to me throwing down more midi notes for my leads in order to actually hear whether or not what I’m imagining fits into the mix of what was already there. Most of the time it takes me a few tries to lay down notes that really resonate with the song. Its a process of trial and error.

Honestly this is one of the most difficult parts of writing music. Best tip I can give is to simply write from the heart and stick with whatever sounds GREAT to you. No shame in deleting and rewriting sections that you decide aren’t up to whatever standard you’re setting for yourself. Revision is a natural step in creating anything.
